Retreat Cancellation Policy
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.
The remainder of your retreat fee is due 30 days before the retreat weekend. Payment may be made with personal check, money order, or invoicing through Pay Pal (3% will be added when using PayPal).
You will receive a refund (minus deposit) only if the cancellation has been made 4 weeks prior to the event and your spot can be filled.
If you do need to cancel your retreat, you may be able to apply the registration fee toward a retreat with me in the future. I do my best to make this happen for you.
Management Cancellation of Retreat:
In rare cases, due to severe weather conditions, the proprietors of the Inn at the Rustic Gate reserve the right to cancel the event if personal safety is an issue.
As the retreat leader I also may have to cancel due to severe weather or in the unlikely event of personal illness. The retreat will then be rescheduled and your registration will be applied.
