Join me to care for your whole self (body, mind, and spirit) by committing to self-care as a sacred practice. This free, weekly class will have an inclusive spiritual focus that weaves together meditation, breath work, guided imagery, chair yoga, and deep relaxation.
All are welcome. No yoga experience necessary. Join at any time.
