What participants are saying about my retreats:
The retreat content was excellent! Susan provided tools to use instead of trying to fix the group. I feel enlightened!
Susan has a caring spirit and is mindful of what her students need which makes her retreats relaxing, safe, and effective. I find her sessions life changing in a gradual and unjarring way.
The retreat was wonderful! It touched all of my inner thoughts and feelings. I loved the instructions about self-care. This gave me the time I needed to unplug from the world around. This is worth a million!
It's one of the most significant gifts that you can give yourself! I had a huge growth in my understanding of how I stood in the way of loving myself. I found the loving presentations, meditations, sacred space, and the love most helpful.
Because of the retreat I am starting to believe that my true self is a person worthy of love and acceptance. I can take off the mask and be delightful. I loved that while there was a schedule it was flexible and fluid to meet our needs as they arose. I never felt rushed and always felt heard. This is a rare and beautiful gift. Everything was perfect! Such a peaceful and nurturing environment. I feel confident and vulnerable, refreshed and free. Thankful. Very thankful.
