Spiritual Coaching

We are like computers, and our beliefs are the software with which we're programmed. Often our beliefs are programmed into us without our knowledge by our culture, community, religion, and family. Even though we don't choose those subconscious programs, they run our lives. They control our decisions, perspectives, feelings, and interactions, so they determine our destiny. What we believe, we become.

Glennon Doyle

Do any of the following statements

ring true for you?

“I struggle with speaking up, with setting boundaries, with saying no.”

“I feel exhausted from always putting others' needs before my own.”

“I feel unfulfilled in my job,” or “I’m unhappy about my body.”

And what about the following

more positive declarations?

“I desire more healthy and fulfilling relationships.”
“I want to feel more loving and at peace with myself.”
“I want to feel authentic and empowered to pursue my dreams.”

If any of the statements in the first list above ring true for you, it’s not your fault that you feel this way. It’s because you have a core story that your subconscious formed when you were a child and that’s still shaping your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Core stories come in many guises, such as, “I’m never good enough,” or “no-one will ever be there for me.”

Although your core story may have helped you as a coping mechanism in childhood, since then it’s led you to subconsciously adopt limiting beliefs about yourself. However, if you’re here, it’s probably because one or more of the second set of declarations rings true for you too.

I am passionate about using my expertise—honed through working with hundreds of clients—to intuitively identify your core story, which I will do in under seven minutes at the start of our initial session. Once I’ve identified your core story, I’ll share with you how your story was formed, how it negatively impacts different aspects of your life, and how you can begin to process and release its hold over you.

Armed with this information, you’ll feel empowered to begin uprooting the limiting beliefs that keep you living a smaller version of yourself. (For a more detailed description of our initial session, please see the FAQ section.)

Over the course of subsequent sessions, I’ll offer you concrete means with which you can chart a new course for your life’s journey. To do this I’ll use combinations of various healing techniques in which I’ve been trained. For instance, a session might include guided meditation, a psychological acupressure technique called Tapping, or a powerful process for releasing subconscious beliefs known as Psych K.

Throughout our time together, I’ll always guide you back to the understanding that the false beliefs attached to your core story are not the truth of who you are, and that you deserve to experience your own love and compassion.

As my clients can attest (see testimonials here) and as I myself can testify from my own personal experience, when you release your core story you’ll be able to set healthy boundaries and speak your truth. You’ll feel worthy of having deeply fulfilling relationships. You’ll practice self-compassion and self-care on a regular basis, and you’ll take action to pursue your dreams.

By doing this work you’ll be able to love yourself. And when you’re able to love yourself you can transform your life.

Of course, this transformation won’t happen unless you dedicate time, energy, and resources to become the beautiful woman you were born to be. To quote the writer Anais Nin, “The day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
