It has been a challenging fall, to say the least… If you feel exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, and possibly heartsick, know that you’re not alone.
We all need one other right now. It’s so important to cultivate ways to be the peace that we wish to see in the world. It’s even better to do so in community.
Join me and other like-minded women for an online mini self-care retreat that will nourish and nurture your whole being.
Carve out a few hours for yourself before you plunge into holiday preparations so that you’re able to be more present and loving toward yourself, your loved ones, your life, and the world.
The morning retreat will consist of:
- Guided meditation
- Breathing practices
- Personal reflection activity
- Group discussion
- Yin Yoga (longer-held seated postures)
- Yoga Nidra (a deep relaxation session)

PS Please create a sacred space for yourself for the retreat. Make sure you’re in a quiet room, maybe burn a candle or light some incense. Have a journal or a pen and paper at the ready. Bring your yoga mat and make sure you have a comfortable place in which to sit and lie down for our time together.
