Please join me Tuesday evening (May 12th) from 6:30-7:30 pm to experience a little self-care in community.
I use a lot of tools to help bring myself back to center and I’d like to share a few of them with you. They might also help you feel more grounded and peaceful, even if it’s just for a short time.
During this hour-long meeting I’ll guide you through the following:
1. A breathing technique that helps balance your central nervous system.
2. A body scan technique and progressive relaxation practice to deeply relax your body.
3. A grounding practice to help you feel more stable and at peace.
