Please join me Thursday evening (April 30th) from 6:30-7:30 pm to experience a little self-care in community.
I use a lot of tools to help bring myself back to center and I’d like to share a few of them with you. They might also help you feel more grounded and peaceful, even if it’s just for a short time.
During this hour-long meeting I’ll guide you through the following:
1. A breathing technique to help you cultivate heart health and lung elasticity.
2. A guided meditation practice to help you let go of turbulent emotions.
3. A gratitude practice to help you ease your stress and anxiety.
